Q: Stomach tumor

my mother who is 58 was a short medium built woman about 1 year ago a tumor developed behind her leg by the femur the tumor is now wrapped around the whole upper leg a is very big she can barely walk anyway she looks like she is 90 years old skin and bones skin is very thin an tears easily that of a 90 year old she is very anemic looking refuses to go to the doctor . today I just saw she has a new tumor coming out of the left side of her stomach . without treatment will this kill her and how long can one live like this she can barely swallow food her immune system is weak as when she gets bitten by a bug it gets infected and she is very tired will the stomach tumor be the killer as it will obstruct major organs? thankyou for taking the time to read this any info would be appreciated but no she will not go to doctors and I believe it is to late she looks really bad
