Fullness can be due to acidity, gastric ulcer, gall bladder problem, reflux or due to slowing down of gut as seen in hypothyroidism and diabetes. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your doctor. Hope this helps. Take care!
