My stomach seems full without taking food.it rumbles sometimes.after a small amount of food,i fell stomach is full.sometimes nausea is there

Fullness can be due to acidity, gastric ulcer, gall bladder problem, reflux or due to slowing down of gut as seen in hypothyroidism and diabetes. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your doctor. Hope this helps. Take care!
