Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

The symptoms of nausea and cramping can be due to pregnancy. If you are having your periods regularly and the home pregnancy test is negative, then the only way to confirm is through a lab test or through an ultrasound.

Polycystic disease of the ovary too can cause similar symptoms. The symptoms can also be due to any inflammatory bowel condition such as as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, Celiac disease (gluten intolerance), lactose intolerance or IBS or irritable bowel syndrome. Severe acidity with gastric reflux can also be a cause and so also worms in stool.

Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your doctor once. Hope this helps. Take care!
