I have within the past couple months I found out that I am lactose intolerant. I stopped eating and drinking all milk products. Before finding out, I had horrible stomach problems: from diarrhea to constipation. Now I have a feeling of popping in my lower left side. It feels almost like a bag of popcorn. While this is also happening, I feel that I need to burp and can't or if I do the feeling just gets worse. This has been going for awhile, I told my Dr. but she thought it was just because of the intolerance, but I have not had milk products within the past month. This is very disruptive to my daily activities.
