Q: Stomach Pains

I've had stomach pains since May 2007, and I went to the doctor after a few months. I got blood work and an Xray, and my doctor said I just have IBS and to make sure I get more fiber. My bowels are normal, there's nothing wrong at all. So I left the doctor's office upset.
As of a few weeks ago, my pains have gotten MUCH worse, my stomach feels as if it is actually burning, and it is a constant feeling. Immediately after I eat anything the pain gets worse, and I start feeling nauseous (though I never actually throw up.) Also, I am burping much more than usual, and usually tastes sour, making me gag. As I am typing this, the burning is horrible, and I am pretty sure that I am going to vomit at any moment. What could be causing this horrible feeling?
Thanks.

I don't eat often either. Are there any other symptoms you were showing upon diagnosis? I know that asprin can play a role in causing them, and I take quite a bit of that.
