Hi, I am a 28 year old female who has been having lots of stomach issues. I have always since I can remember had really bad stomach aches with diarreha since i was about 11. I have over time learned to cope with them but lately after giving birth six months ago to my fourth child things have gotten worse with new symptoms. It all started bith episodes of vomiting for a good 24 hours at a time this has occured about six times since march. There is no fever or any other symptoms when these episodes occur. I also have very loud stomach nosies and large amounts of gas daily. I have been having a very hard time eating as well.My bowel movements are crazy they rotate between diarehha and constipation. i have also been getting a chest pain and shoulder pain at the same time. I am so confused i have a gastro appt in a few weeks but I am just very concerned.. Please if you have any advice it would be great thank you
