My 12 year old daughter has been getting stomach ache every night for the last 3 - 4 weeks. She eats only a small dinner at night and has a banana or grapes for dessert. Nothing in her diet has changed for this to occur. Unfortunately the side effects of the stomach ache is that it brings on her night terrors. She normally only has these dreams a few times a year, however now she is getting them more often but less severely. She is able to talk to me during the nightmares, but remembers nothing the next day.
