I've been having a lot of pain in my stomach after my son was born it started 6 weeks after i had him. I will bleed here and there brown or a bright red but it well go away but the pains are still there and i had a fever of 100.9 one day and it never came back it feels like i have cramps all day i'm in pain I went to the bath room and 2 big white balls with a little blood came out what is going on can you help.
