I have done a lot of drugs this weekend at a 3 day festival very much like Woodstock '69, And as a result of about 10 different types of drugs, 3 days without sleep, and completely defying my normal eating habits, my bladder feels the need to expel a different type of stool about every ½ hour. What can I do to expel everything in my system, and start fresh?
Some of the drugs I clearly remember taking:
LSD (oral), Cocaine (oral and nasal), Ecstasy (oral), Mali (pure MDMA, taken orally), Marijuana (smoked), Marijuana Foods (eaten), Shrooms (Hallucinogenic Mushrooms, Eaten plain and with foods; both raw, and cooked), and alcohol (both soft and hard)

3 days without sleep, and intense hallucinating
48 Hours without eating, then eating hippy foods
