You appear to be having both stomach and chest pain. You say you are using the bathroom a lot. If you are passing loose stools then you either have a stomach infection or food poisoning. Take an OTC lactobacillus preparation and yoghurt with your meals. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat light, do not stay hungry but eat simple things like toast, porridge, cereals, crackers etc. Take ORS. Take over the counter antacids. Watch out for a day or two with this treatment. If symptoms persist consult a doctor.
If you have been passing loose stools with stomach and chest pains for a long time then you have chronic diarrhea. Chronic diarrhea can be due to parasitic infestations such as giardia, round worm etc, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, malabsorption syndromes, pancreatic diseases, diabetes, hyperthyroidism etc. A comprehensive investigation will be required to know the cause.
You could also be having severe acidity with gastric reflux or GERD.
If you are having frequent urination then you probably have a UTI. This along with pain can be due to stones. The pain could be making you catch your breath. You would need to consult an urologist regarding this.
However confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net. Please discuss this with an internal medicine specialist or your PCP. Hope this helps. Take care!
