Q: Stomach Pain

I'm 38 weeks in my pregnancy and I just started some unexpected pain. I have pain in my stomach just below the ribs and on the left side. I have extreme diarea but no gas or vomiting and my belches smell like rotten eggs. Also my stomach sounds like water swishing.
