Since around 5:00pm yesterday I have been having really sharp pain in my stomach area. When it first began it was around my right hip, hurting real bad. Then around 7:15 when I went to go to my swimming lessons it kind of eased up. After my swimming lessons I just hurt really bad in my stomach. At first my dad suggested it was gas, but I highly doubt it is since it hasn't gone away. What I ate yesterday was: A bowl of Cap'n Crunch, and a McDonalds Chicken burger. I really think the cause is a food poisoning of some kind from that Chicken burger thing. Anyone care to help shed some light on this?

Do you still feel the pain with the same intensity? Do you have vomiting or diarrhea?

No vomiting or diarrhea. It's starting to go away now so I think it was just stomach cramps.
