Those i get these pains off and on for the past few years. I am only 17 going to be 18 this year and i just ignored it. Well it's starting to come almost every day now. I tried to notice patterns and i did notice one. The pain comes mostly after i have eaten food. But sometimes it just comes for no reason. I get two different kinds. Ok one is usually after i eat and its sometimes on the left sometimes on the right and it feels like a VERY sharp pain and it kind of feels like my muscles are tightening reallllllyyyy tight and hurts more to breathe. The pain is on my sides. The second pain is usually the entire stomach it's so bad it wakes me up in the middle of the night and i have to hold my stomach and i can't even move when i get the pain. Its a really hard pain to describe but it's hurts so bad that i want to just die! The second one i don't get as much it's the first one i've been getting alot and it's really annoying. I haven't went to the doctor cause my parents tell me i'm over exaggerating. PLEASE HELP! i have the pain right now.

You should never ignore pain, especially this severe. And never let anyone, no matter who they are, tell you that your pain isn't real or that something is all in your head. Ever. Do you hear me?

It sounds like you are having gallbladder attacks. The level of pain and the fact that eating can make it worse (usually fatty foods are the worst) all point to that. You need to see a doctor as soon as you can. If the pain is unbearable, go to the hospital and they can give you pain medication until the problem is resolved. Regardless, don't ignore it.
