I started having diarrhea on Wednesday night after being in hospital for a sleepover, the diarrhea stopped on Friday but on Friday night I started being sick. I have taken pepto bismol medicine, I have also had soup and pasta bake to eat but still feel giddy and sometimes feel really hot! I have scoliosis and respiratory problems. I have to take a lot of painkillers at night to sleep due to the pain which sometimes makes me feel very sick. I normally take tramadol, codeine and paracetamol but don't want to take too many of these at the moment, which means I am in pain in bed. What do you suggest for the stomach upset and back pain? I am also getting pain down the right side and am feeling tired
