About 3 weeks ago I was lying on my back on my bed and reached back to pick up my 4 year old son. When I picked him up, I instantly had pain around my belly button. It took a couple of days for me to stand up without great pain.
Any pressure against that area causes a burning sensation (like rubbing from my pants) and it is still tender to touch. Extreme laughing or sneezing causes pain too. Weirdly, the pain seems to "move" around my belly button.

Also, I am post 2 years abdominoplasty.

Is this simply a muscle pull or something torn related to my abdominoplasty?

Any information on how to heal/if I should see my doc/how long to it takes to heal would be appreciated.

Terri
