Q: Stomach makes false growls

Hi guys,

Within the past week or so I've had this weird issue with my stomach (area). When I'm hungry (especially) or at other times, my stomach will feel like it wants to growl..it will do the "build up" to growling, but then it won't make any noise and it will just subside. It will do this several times. My only concern is that I'm not hearing an audible growl..it's almost like my stomach is dry heaving or something. Any thoughts?

I was having that some problem for so long. Been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Endometriosis. That was what was causing it for me. Do you tend to feel really bloated like your stomach is expanding?
