Hi, I sometimes have the same problem. first of all, my breasts almost always get reeeally sore and a lot bigger when I am about a week away from starting. Bloating is pretty common for me too..I noticed that if I drink a lot of coffee it makes the bloating worse. Try cutting back on any caffeine? Also, the stress could be the main problem. Try getting onto a daily vitamin routine, it helped me. Exercise can also help relieve stress. Oh and something I recently found helpful progesterone cream! Basically something to do with the estrogen/progesterone levels in our bodies before and during our periods...the progest cream helps regulate your periods and it helps with pms. it's worth some research.
