Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Conditions that can present with upper abdominal discomfort can include any of the ‎following conditions:- ‎

‎1. Hepatitis, or ‎
‎2. Gall bladder inflammation (Cholecystitis ) OR gall stones (Cholelithiasis). ‎
‎3. Gastro esophageal reflux disorder, Peptic ulcer disease,
4. Pancreatitis ‎

The cause of milk secretion, could be due to endocrine conditions, which need to be assessed with a complete history and physical examination.

First and foremost, you will need to consult with a doctor for a complete examination, and get additional tests including : ‎

‎1. tests to detect H-Pylori infection in the stomach ‎

‎2. a Upper GI endoscopy - For diagnosis of peptic ulcer disease. ‎

‎3. Blood tests and A CT scan of abdomen - to rule out pancreatitis and other conditions.

4. Endocrine assay - to detect the cause of milk secretion.

These tests will help to know the cause of the condition, as well as to decide the further line of treatment.

In the mean time, you can try the following medications to reduce your ‎symptoms as follows. ‎
‎1. antacids (Tums, mylanta) can be continued to relieve the acidity. ‎
‎2. Omeprazole will help to reduce acid secretions ; ‎
‎3. Pepto bismol – to relieve any abdominal discomfort. ‎

I hope this helps.
