plzz help me guys,

i had acid reflux frm past a year
i usually drink lot of water with food that too fast
so it mite be the reason
i get only water content of the food back to the throat i dont really feel its acid thats coming up
even liquid comes up most of the time even milk
im 20 yrs old
so im trying to eat less and slowly taking water 2 hr before or after the meal
it helping me a lot better than before

but it has been a month now i have been experiencing stomach gurgling
that to when i breathe in or expand my stomach
the gas is formed regularly in my intestines will be cleaned of as soon as i drink water

this happens in the early morning when my stomach is empty
it also happens at bowel movements
i dint lose apetite though im hungry pretty much
some times i get alittle bit of pain in the left of stomach
very rarely when tummy is full
my stool also is fine
but it is coming with more pressure now a days

i also have lot of gas

i have the same problem as you! infact, if i breathe deeply or voluntarily expand my stomach, it will gurgle very loudly. if i place my hand over it when it's gurglin, then i can feel movement inside. what's wrong??
