I think i mite have acid reflux but im still not sure...I have been having trouble b.c my stomach constantly is growling or making werid noises whether im hungry or not but it ALMOST stopped its still happening but not as much. Then i had difficulty swallowing. I would never choke i would just swallow hard which got me very self consiuse i dont like to swallow around people b.c im soo loud! Then came an overload of salivia which causes me to swallow over and over again. Now i have somthing like a hiccup/burp..it starts like a burp but ends with nothing coming out of my mouth...it takes my breath away and causes me to stop talking for a moment. Its embarresing. Other random symptoms...*i had a chronic?? cough...like a cough you wud get from bronchitis but without the mucus...(most of the time) but it stopped after a week or 2. *have hiccups more often now * nervous stomach alot*

are you stressed? do you have any allergies? An adjustment to your diet will probably help this for you.

you said you had a nervous stomach, allergies are a symptom of a condition as is wieght gain, trust me i've been there ive lost 49 pound in weight without any heavy exercise & no calorie reduction, it is about what you eat not how much. what is your typical diet consisting of & how much water do you drink?, water not any other drinks, although how much of them will hold some bearing on your condition.
