Q: Stomach getting hard

okay so i havent had my preiod in 3 months i had unprotected sex and sperm went in me i tooken 5 tests and all come out negative but i seem to be getting bigger and stomach is getting hard and when i squeeze my breast liquid comes out of them...could i be pregnant or is something wrong with me??
