Q: Stomach gas and haemorroids

Dear Doctors,
I have been having problems with my stomach. Its always full and i burp and fart alot. Initially Doctors said its Gastritis. I have been on mediation and have changed doctors for the past 5 years. the problem seem not to go away.

I also get constipation and my stool is always very hard. I bleed through the rectum and have had piles on and off.

Please assist as am in dire stress
