Q: Stomach gargling and gasses

i broke my neck at 12yrs old im 43 now and i have alot of arthritis in my neck i see a chiropractor 3 times a month but now im haveing alot of tight neck like a vice grip on my neck i have had panic disorder all my life and panic attacks but never like this so i had an antiflactic reaction to peanuts 4 days ago went to ER and got sent home after taking so much bendril now its 4 days later i feel like my neck is swollen and still happen could it be panic attack i feel like im going crazy when i lie down its ok when i sit up t starts and i feel like im chockng and when i swallow it does not feel normal im confused they think m crazy im starting a new job tommorow now i cant what type of doctor do i need to make appt with please help

Your situation is very complex. The place to start is with your family doctor. Appropriate referrals need to be made for you. Supervised and optimized care between your doctors is your best bet.
