I am a big guy,meaning weight wise but even before I gained weight I had this issue. Sometimes during sex I get a stomach cramp, and it also happens after a orgasm.What can I do to fix the problem? Is there like core exercises I should be doing?

Hi there. Thanks for this posting. Perhaps you will need to disuss this problem with a doctor. I can not be of much help other than suggest you loose weight and go to the Gym and get as fit as you can. Changing your position for having interourse might also help.
