Q: stitches in my mouth

I had 4 of my wisdom teeth out so i have the dissolvable stitches in my mouth. I have to fly 10 days from my surgery. I was worried about the cabin pressure and altitude when i'm flying. I dont want to pop a stitch or have anything happen to them. Should i be concerned?
