stinging sharp burning pains in both sides at ribcage

Hi Dalley, i completely know how you feel because am also having the same problem and the most annoying part of this problem is that doctors have not been able to diagnose the problem. Sears - It has been over a year. Did you ever receive a satisfactory diagnosis? I have been having the same symptoms for 4 months.

This is my first post...I just wanted to share my story maybe it may help someone. I have been having abdominal pain and back pain along with pelvic pain.The pains consist of burning, stinging are only on the sides .Pain started back in January of 2012 it hurts daily in which i have been taking tremadol to calm the pain. I have gone every week to doctors trying to find out what is causing this pain as of today they have not been able to diagnosis it. Procedures i have done since January are CT scan and Ultrasound of the pelvic and abdominal. I have also had I had a upper scope and colonoscopy done.On April i had done an Laparoscopic Surgery to check for Endometriosis which came out negative. Today I went for a MRI of the back. I will update my results.

Consider booking yourself into having a deep tissue massage. They usually last upto 2 hours. Your body maybe out of alignment and this can contribute to a lot of aches and pains around the body that cannot be detected through scans or xrays.Or see a osteopath who will also put your body back in place.

It's worth a try and very beneficial.

Hi MRI results came back abnormal last week. I went to see a specialist in pain management whom advised the results of the spine look o.k. and they has noting to do on what is causing the pains i am currently having. So he now told me he will not request for me to get another MRI on the neck to see what comes up. I am disappointed because i keep getting test done and the results remain the same.

I have the same symptoms, but I also have joint pain. the doctors havent been able to diagnose it yet..

The doctors beleive that what I have is fibromyalgia. I have been since January and little by little by little the signs of fibromyalgia have showed itself. It is hard to know that I finally have an answer of what I have and there is no cure for it.
