Does anyone else have this? It is in the left side of my chest and just lasts a few seconds?

Could be a muscle you are not aware you are using or straining but you should consult a doctor for an ECG to rule out anything else.

Does this come with breathlessness or pins and needles? if not I would say this is muscular.

I would not worry its likely to be muscular but get a Doctor to check this up if not just to put your own mind at rest.

I, too, had this pain all week and went to my massage therapist. He told me that my back/ribs were out of whack and pinching a nerve near my heart, and after the session, I have had no more pain.

chest pinches
I also have been having chest "pinches" for about a month or so and then have had two episodes the second one sent me to the ER. To find out I have an arrythmia that needs treatment. I am seeing a specialist now for this type of arrythmia. I suggest if you feel anything not normal go get it checked out. better safe than sorry. I am only 37 dont drink, smoke. work out 4 days a week and live a stress free life. eat healthy. It can happen to anyone.

chest pain pinches
I have the pinches with the pain or pressure time to time. It is different chest pain not always the same. I have a stent already in my heart I'm also older now. But I gave up telling them any more about my chest pain. I did use too. But after going the route to the ER and calling the Nurses line and being sent home because the chest pain stops and everything just went back to being ok...I am just tired. I just wait now and see if they stop and take my nitro and then if it all stops I just keep it to myself now. I guess I am tired of it all. I think it's like when I had my 5kids there was a lot of false labor. I just take care of it myself now. But I don't want to tell any one else to do what I do...just they never can fig out me. ok.
or it's just I'm a women ?
