I have returned once again because the thought has not left my mind. I'm still wondering if I could be pregnant. As I had said before I had unprotected sex on the 14th of February and was experiencing pregnancy symptoms. Lately some of them have disappeared and I am now experiencing some new ones such as flatulence, an increase in burping, a huge increase in fatigue, and what feels like my chest growing. Also when I push on the area where my uterus would be it feels quite large. I have also recently started bleeding a bit. It's more of a spotting this time around. It has lasted for eight days as of today. I had something similar last month as well, but it was more of a light period. This time it's not enough to need a pad or tampon, but it's there for a second then disappears. I went to the doctor's office on Saturday and got a blood pregnancy test done, but I will not know the results until Wednesday. I've become quite anxious and use to the idea that I could perhaps be a mommy. If so I would be eight weeks as of today. But the main question still is, could I be pregnant?

Hi
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms do suggest possibility of being pregnant. Wait for the blood HCG test results to come. It will confirm if you are pregnant. A serial HCG test done showing rising levels would help in knowing if pregnancy is going on smoothly or if external supplementation is needed to prevent miscarriage. Take adequate bedrest. Avoid any heavy work. Drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices. Avoid carbonated and caffeinated beverages.
Take care.
