I had unprotected sex in july last year after six month i went for test it was negative i still do another test after 3 months it was still negative and i have sign of any sickness does it mean that i have nothing to worried?

Welcome to e health forum.

The chances of having HIV infection, just by a single sexual encounter is very less likely.

In your case, since the HIV test done after 6 months after your exposure is negative, it is conclusive that you are HIV free.
