still draining and sharp pains surgery was jan. 27 2010

its aug 20th , im scheduled for my 8th catscan on the 27th, im still draining brown fluid and have a terrible smell, im having sharp pains and slight swelling on my right lower front, doc says he can put a pig valve in because my low hormones are causing vaginal thinning causing the drainage,, he dont know whats causing the pain until the catscan , my surgery was jan. 27th as yall have seen on my other post. can this infection that is draining cause bad stuff to go on in the inside if its coming out,, whats happenin to the rest thats not draining,, im really gettin scared, this has been to long, can someone please give me an answer to what is happening
