Q: still bleeding and pregnant

It looks like i may have an ectopic pregnancy or could be miscarrying. I took my first test two to three weeks ago, which came out positive. but when i went in to the er this past saturday they could not find my baby> and my hcg levels were only 700. as of yesterday my levels went up to 899> could it be possible at all for me to still have a healthy pregnancy and just be a few weeks alog
