i felt this pain around two weeks ago,at first i thought it's just a simple stiff neck, that's why i did'nt mind it.then i felt this pain on one side of my head everytime i move my head.and beginning to worry because i dont have stiff neck anymore but the pain on the other side of my head is still here!and worst there are nights that i cant sleep because everytime i move my head it's aching!the pain is from the top of my nape till the side of my eye on the right side of my head.it feels like something is swollen there, but when i tried to massage it,i cant feel anything,i just feel the pain everytime i move my head.can someone or somebody help me please.

Get in to see your doctor today..You could be having migraines but you need an MRI to be sure nothing else is going on..I could be a pulled muscle or a pinched disc pressing on a nerve..Only an MRI can show for sure..My sister saw a doc for migraine and when she finally was able to get an MRI she had a enormous Menangioma all was emoved but a small portion that is in the meninges..So please don't delay..Not saying you have a tumor-but safe than sorry..

I have had the same pain for almost a year and a half. I tell my doctor and he just prescribes meds. (no scans because I have no insurance) I have a cronic dull ache in my right temple. My right neck is sore and right shoulder is when I raise it above my head. He seems to think that the problem is mechanical and not a tumor. However it worrys me constantly. Sometimes it flares up and I have horrible pain. Good luck !!!
