I have anxiety and very stiff muscles. I am constantly scared. A couple of times I have gotten so paniced when I have been outside I couldn't make myself walk. Only 40 steps into my house and I couldn't make myself do it.
Please tell me others with anxiety have had this happen. I am worried that I have a disease. Anxiety is ruining my life.

A severe anxiety attack can effect you whole body mucles. Causing them to stiffin up and hard to move. And yes, I am afraid of hights and this one time my X and I were in Montana montains hicking and I froze half the way up and litterally could not move for at least a half hour. Now on could touch me or help me. I kew I was going to fall off that cliff into the running rapids below. I finally got my coposure and had to move slowly down on my butt. It was horrific to say the least. My muscules hurt so bad after that, I though I'd been in a train wreck.

For the last three years I have been suffering from my leg muscles going rigid when i feel under severe stress so that i can only walk with real difficulty, or with a limp. i thought i was going mad. i will probably try the linden method as i have tried counselling - no good - and won't use medications - they turn you into a zombie. The linden method is guaranteed so there's nothing to lose and it doesn't sound like a scam. i have recently started getting panic attacks, am finding it hard to cope as physically i have always been fit and able to go where i wanted and now i don't feel safe unless my husband is with me or if i am in my car or at home. so i need to get my life back on track again. i had been hiding what was happening to me as i felt kind of ashamed that it was happening to me and i've decided now that this hiding is part of the problem too. so i will get help and let people know my difficulties so that they can help me. when we hide stuff it gets bigger and more frightening - so all you sufferers out there bring it into the light and get help for yourselves.
god bless you
