Well let me start from the start:

Last Jan the wife and I where making love and She grabbed my tesicles very hard a few times but I did not pay any attention at the time incase this helps with my story.

I would say a few days later I started having pain in my lower right grion area. IT would hurt if I moved certain ways or if I touched my tesicle in a certain area. At this time I noticed a small little notch about the size of a pin maybe on the inner side of my right tesicle. I went to the doc and he could not feel anything and I had a ultra sound. He said he thinks I pulled something or it could be a nerve pulling from a past hernia surgrey i had when i was little. I do alot of lifting at work so thats what I thought it was. The ultra sound also came back good so I left it be.

Well 4 weeks ago I was doing a check and I felt that stich again and I started have pain in the groin again.(wife also went crazy a week ago again) and i had been lifing a lot at work_ I dont remember if the stich was in the same spot or not so I again went to the doc and again I had a ultra sound. THe ultra sound came back good but I told the doc I wanted to see a specialist so I went to a urineolgist.(sorry for my spelling). The doc there said the same thing the 2 ultra sounds that I had came back good and he did feel the stich. He said he did not really know what is and maybe it was part of the epidermis but wasnt sure.He was sure it was not a tumor or something like that. He told me to watch it for a few more mos and then come back for another ultra sound. If it grew or started to hurt I should go back to see him. I was the last apt of the day but I dont think he was rushing me out the door because he answer me 5 times as I kept asking him if he was sure I could sleep at night. Since he never told me what it was I am still concerned. My mother being a nurse said it could be a blood vessel, clot calcium deposit or something like that. Could I have gotten the clot or enlarged blood vessel from my wife?

Should I get a second option or would the ultra sound be able to give 100% if it was a tumor or something. Both docs both said there was no masses and my tesicle had a uniform texture. I am sort of a worry wort so if anyone had this or heard of something like this please let me know..

Thanks,
Greg

Unfortunately, it is impossible for me to improve on the accuracy of your physical examination and evaluation by two different physicians simply by reading your history over the internet. However, I think that it is reasonable to repeat the ultrasound in 3 to 6 months, and to follow-up with the Urologist after the ultrasound.
