Hi,

My baby boy is 4 weeks old and during the last week, I noticed a small mass in his neck. Just by seeing him the pediatrician said that it is " sternomastoid tumor ". Since then, I have been googling the term to find out more about it as I never heard of it before, even though the doctor told me that this si very common to the new borns. He said that we do not have to be too concerned as it may regress as the baby grows. I would very much appreciate your comments or your experience about this. I am very concerned right now.

Hey, sorry it's been a while since you posted and no one could get to you on this. I'm going to put your post up in the cancers section and see if they have something will help you. Good luck!
