Q: sterilization reversal

i am 26 i was sterilized with clips at the age of 22 i have 2 children but me and my partner have decided we would like 1 more. I do work and would love to have it reversed but how could i go about having it done and paying monthly as the cost is so much in 1 go is there any chance?? could anyone in the east sussex area be recommended??

You mean east sussex england right? Go ask your gp to recomend a clinic there are a few that do monthly payment but the most important thing here is get an nhs approved surgon as any mistakes could be catastrophic to you,Is there no way you can get it on the nhs?
