I have recently discovered my partner has been cheating on me and I have developed symptoms of what I believe to be herpes.
I have a single sore that appeared on my foreskin days ago I only noticed it due to irritation when I woke up and it was chaffing the inside of my boxer shorts. It appeared like a tiny slit almost like a friction burn which later healed over (within a day) and looked like a raised spot. However I now have been suffering from nausia, diorreah, swolen lymph nodes in the
Groin and bad gastoric wind. I have been feeling rough ever since and the sore has now become itchy at times and I have lost my appitite. I have an appointment at my local clinic but the waiting list is huge. Does anyone have any ideas if this sounds like herpes? Something else? I'm worried as searching for symptoms bring up syphilis chancroids and aids! Please can someone advise??
