Q: STDs and their and treatment

well on my penis i have little white dots. they don't hurt but in some places when i touch them it does all of the sexual partners that have no infected areas that and three of the four partners was virgins and have no medical infections. and the other as none that i know of.

i need answers please

Given the information you provided, you might be experiencing inflammation of the penile surface due to sexually transmitted disease. The white dots are probably very little vesicles filled with pus. Pus is usually created when bacterial infection occurs. A swab at the urologist as well as antibiotics, both for you and your partners at the same time, might be recommended.
