To the point: I've been on heavy doses of antibiotics for the past 10 days, after having sex (unprotected) with my partner last week (pretty rough), I've developed these tiny red bumps on the tip of my penis - some have turned white. It does not itch, it is not painful, nothing is "leaking", I've had no fever, no headaches, no burning when I urinate, no blisters, no scabs. All in all they are just unsightly - thats it.

I figured it was a yeast infection since I am uncircumcised. So I have been using miconazole nitrate %2 for the past 2 days. I CANNOT afford to see a doctor at this moment, but am pretty nervous about it. If its an STD, it means some one has been cheating, and it's not me. Thanks in advance.
