Dear Doctor,
I've been diagnosed with a psychosis and bipolar disorder 2 years ago, but I had never heard any voices. (I only remember one time hearing voice in my dream) Recently, sometimes when I'm sleepy and lying on my bed ready to sleep, my thought will work randomly on its own, and all of a sudden I could hear something out of those thoughts. Then I would wake up. And sometimes I would hear some voices in some noise. but it's very blurry but I can recognize it's voice. Last week I was staying up for 24 hours and had alot of coffee. I had a high at first, eventually it lead to a sharp memory to all the stories in my psychotic episode. The other day I felt horrible, and on that night, I heard real voices.
and I perceived some blurry object to be ghost face, which together with the voice made me very scared.
I'm really scared of ghosts.
My question is, is it possible to make it go away again?
I'm taking lithium and risperidal and celexa added recently.
Thank you!

hey i'm not a doctor but I will say frist off that you need to get some sleep and relax your mind and body a bit. I'm not sure if you are taking sleeping tablets or not such as temazapams and anti anxiety meds auch as valium but i would highly suggest that if you're not taking similar meds to these you go and talk to a gp about getting some. Stay away from the coffee if you can although i understand the effects of rispiradone and hence why you are probably drinking the coffee. I would say that you are So exhautsed that you are hearing things because of this (since you havent heard them before. also stressful situations can bring these symptoms on. trust me working on the sleep and talking about your symptoms are the best thing you can do for yourself right now. "seeing things" are just symptoms of the psychosis so "know"this and "know"your brains is exhausted and on overload right now.
Rest sweetie and if you ever need to chat to someone about your symptoms you can pm me anytime. hugs xox
