I've had 2 negative blood tests and multiple negative urine tests and now I have an ultrasound that has came back negative but I'm having pregnancy symptoms like nausa vomiting tired a change in my appetite constantly thirsty and I'm starting to get a bump and I'm moody and emotional. I don't know what to do or how to go about it.. Any advice? Plus I need to know cause of work I don't wanna be working around chemicals and cause any harm to the fetus and I'm fairly certain I'm pregnant

When did you go for the ultrasound? If it was at or before 6 completed weeks since you last period, or it was done through abdomen and not through vagina, then it could have been negative. Hence, if that is the case, then go for an ultrasound through vaginal route now.

If you are not pregnant then you should look for other causes. Sometimes a craving for a child leads a woman to experience pregnancy like symptoms. Liver (hepatitis), gall bladder and kidney problems too can cause these symptoms. IBS, acidity and GERD too should be ruled out. Hormone imbalance, PCOD, prolactinomas and HIV too are the other possibilities.

Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your gynecologist regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
