Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Birth control pills are always recommended to be started after the periods so that it elliminates the chances of pregnancy and also the cycles are regularized. If taken mid cycle the periods might not be regular and if you have been having unprotected intercourse then possibility of pregnancy is there.
Kindly wait for the periods and then start the pills.
Take care!
