Q: started period late

Me & my boyfriend had sex a few days before my period was expected to come.My period came about a week late but I'm not too shurr if it couldve been my period or implantation bleeding because my period wasn't the same as usual.Not only did it come late but it was really light it lasted about 5 days could I be pregnant?
I've also been experiencing early pregnancy symptoms & I've been having strange abdominal pains.
