Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Sometimes you can have altered periods due to hormonal and local endometrial changes. Wait and watch for your next periods. If you suspect pregnancy, look out for development of any other new symptoms. If you observe changes with next 2-3 menstrual cycles, visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation to look for the underlying cause. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you regulate your periods. Consider being in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
