i see a starburst effect when looking at lights especially at night and sometimes there is a fog around them i have been told i have a posterior vitreous detachment but at the moment there is no retinal tear or detachment or macular problems i do see floaters and flashes i need to know what causes the starburst effect and glare from the lights
