Could a trap injury just behind the shoulder cause popping mid way up the bicep when i go from fully extended to a flex? Ive seen numerous doctors and they say my bicep is fine and there is nothing wrong with it. But I still get this stabbing pain in my arm when i flex it, when its at rest it doesnt hurt at ALL.

My trap is extremely inflamed and painful and
when i deep massage it and move around the area just behind my shoulder and go to flex again with pressure applied to the weird bumpy area the arm no longer pops? Could this be a nerve problem due to tight muscles in my trap/ shoulder?

Really need help Sad
