This is what is happening to me. It can be any time of day or night. I can be relaxed or active. Out of nowhere, I will start to get a stabbing chest pain. After about 2 or three 3 minutes, the pain will radiate up into my jaw. The pain in my chest is stabbing (not crushing) and the pain in my jaw makes it feel like my jaw will fall off (the whole jaw). I have been dealing with this for about 13 years and have had a couple hundred episodes. My dental health is fine and I do not eat spicy foods. Is their anyone who can tell me how to stop these episodes of extreme pain.

Now, I know I should go see a doctor. I can't. I do not have insurance and can't afford to go see one. Their is no free clinic either.
