No, actually I've tried Valerian and it didn't help in the least, other than make my breath smell horrible. With St. John's wort, be careful if you are female, it messes with baby dust!

lol vaness----ive tried the valerian and didnt notice too much difference. i have used bach s rescu remedy and did notice a big difference.
