Hi, I have had my right ovary taken out this past August and now get menstrual cramps that feel like my insides are being torn out on my right side. I don't understand this. How can scar tissue cause pain?

hello im not sure about scar tissue causing pain but could possibly have an infection and its aggravating the site of removed ovary..
i advise you get it checked out for your own peace of mind..
