Q: Spreading lumps on testicles

Me and my bf have been together for 9 months and have a fairly active sex life, but he cant hardly produce semen or cum easily. Basically he gets almost blue balls, if you know what i mean. He showed me these lumps in his testicals, theres a few of them in both sides, and he told me they've been there for years. I know it's not any STD for sure (i was tested when i got on birth control a few months ago and if he had anything i would to) Anyways, he always gets pain in them, during sex, before, and it spreads up towards the area up towards his stomach, around his hips. It's painful because i can tell when it's bothering him, i can tell it in him because i'm around him a lot and know him more than almost anyone.

I know it has to be painful because he complains about it quite a bit and he's used to pain. For well over a year and a half he's had a broken leg in several spots, minor to big fractures but hasn't been to the doctor about it because he doesn't have insurance. Since i've been around it's better, i've set it and it's starting to heal now but i'm afraid i'm not going to do it right Sad

I'm wondering if anyone knows if this is cancer, (i've looked up the symptoms and he has several, i'de just like a second opinion to give him) so that i can try and make him get help for it. I love him and i really don't want anything bad to happen to him.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide you, or your boyfriend, with a specific diagnosis based solely upon the information that you have provided. There are both benign and malignant conditions that can cause many of the symptoms that you describe (most of them, fortunately, are benign conditions).

He should be seen by a Urologist, and an ultrasound of the scrotum and testicles should be performed.
